Our response to COVID-19

Office closure: In an effort to keep our employees safe and to help curb the spread of COVID-19, we have closed down our office temporarily. We have provided all the necessary tools for our employees to work remotely for the time being. There will be no interruption of service as our team is still 100% accessible, and can be reached via the regular communication channels.

Increased wait times: Due to the high volume of phone calls our team is currently experiencing, our wait times have increased. We are doing all we can to respond to and support our customers as efficiently as possible. We thank you in advance for your understanding.

With the considerable financial impact of COVID-19, Canada’s Big Six banks are taking coordinated action to help support Canadians through this time. RBC, TD Canada Trust, Scotiabank, Bank of Montreal, CIBC, and National Bank of Canada have each made a commitment to work with both their personal and small business customers to decrease the financial impact of COVID-19.
